I've heard this song for the first time after the death do a friend (i'd been her teacher some years before). He simply hang herself after the last carnival night (here in Brazil we call the post carnival day Ashes's Wednesday). Nobody knows the reason. She just wrote appologies to her brother and mother with a lipstick in the mirror. I was so sad, because i'd like to have met her before it. Maybe i could say something to make her feel better. Maybe i could save her anyway. I wrote her a song (in portuguese - i am brazilian) called Elegia. Then i was sitting in front of my home computer and this video simply appeared to me . This song is absurdly beautiful and strong. A real masterpeace.

I think the drummer’s hairdo had a career in Greece and Turkey for a few years in the late 80’s, but yeah this band should have been way bigger than they were.

Mik was such a great drummer, he suited this band perfectly.

la prensa le pone esos nombres pues, le llama noise a jesus and mary chain o my bloody valentine, tienen harto fuzz y distorsion y entre otra manga de efectos pero al final tiene una estructura melodica. leo tenia otras referencias como el noisecore que leo le llamaba noise tambien toda esa mancha entera esta en la calle, literalmente y figurativamente.

Este es uno de los mejores capítulos de la serie. El Capitan de la nave espacial le encantaba leer cuentos de Hadas y el que más lo conmovía era la vendedora de fosforos pero no quería aceptarlo debido al temor a las burlas de sus compañeros. Cuando leia el cuento llegaba hasta las lagrimas y cuando llega a Finalinanza gracias a una travesura de Gigi y es recibido por el rey como un heroe debido a una buena accion que había hecho. El rey le concede un deseo, el no desea nada para él pero le pide al rey poder ayudar a la vendedora de fosforos y lo hace y al final se va satisfecho sabiendo que después de haber hecho esa buena acción ya no volverá a llorar cuando lea el cuento de la vendedora de fosforos. Magnifico anime.

Comsat Angels never caught the eye of the big audiences because the were not into gimmicks and other things, the just wanted to perform. In the USA they couldn't perform under their name due to copyright on the name “Comsat”. So they slowly disappeared. In the Netherlands they were well known and popular, the album “Enz” was specially recorded for the Netherlands.

Masterpiece! This band got me into real music, Comsats forever

I love every bit of this band. Love the drums. Love the vocals and the minimalistic guitar style. Love the bass. But I think the keyboard player is really the unsung hero of this band. I love his arrangements and countermelodies. Listen to this song or Alicia and you will understand what I mean.

La escenografía me hace acordar al pub alemán entre larco y Benavides un subterráneo de Primera., Siempre terminaba ahi saliendo del trabajo que recuerdos., luce idéntico pero no creo que sea . Que grande camouflage bajando a lima., La colonia austro- alemana en lima es grande ojo.👏👍
